The New York 3Rs Association, Inc. announces plans for a procurement of library delivery services for libraries throughout the State of New York. This procurement has the potential to include up to five stops per week at more than 400 libraries located in all New York counties, as well as a connecting route to facilitate daily cargo transfers between eight or nine transportation hubs.
