Empire Library Delivery (ELD) is a statewide delivery service created to take the place of Libraries and Nylink Deliver (LAND) after that program ended in June 2012. The service, maintained by NY3Rs Association Inc. supports statewide resource sharing between ConnectNY, IDS Project, and other libraries and affiliated organizations interested in sharing resources with other ELD participants. Over 115 libraries currently participate in this service, and a complete roster is available here. The service provides 5-day-a-week stops and 24-hour turnaround for most participants (48- and 72-hour turnaround for cross-state deliveries). Additional details are available at http://www.empirelibrarydelivery.org.
